And finally, here’s the FF13-2 fan art.
I think this one was sketched in February, I only started coloring it last week. At least I started working on this one after school was done, and didn’t drag this one for months. I didn’t wanna work on it until I finished all my other drawings anyway.

So, this is Yeul…if you didn’t know that already. I really liked her, and I always thought her outfit was really cute.

I kind of improvised when sketching this. I didn’t have a pose planned out for her, I just really wanted to draw her. I don’t know what’s up with her pose. it looks like she’s gonna fall, or she’s summoning some magic…though I don’t think Yeul has any powers besides being able to see the see the future.
The background is supposed to represent the skies of Valhalla.

Once again, the base colors were done with the tablet, while the lineart and shading was done with the mouse. I think I’m gonna try shading with the tablet next.

Once again, for my new portfolio.
I needed to draw a 3/4 view portrait, preferably realistic.
Most college portfolios demand a self-portrait, the one for my school didn’t specify but I thought I might as well make it a self-portrait anyway.

It doesn’t really look that much like me lol. I might myself look better, and probably skinnier too XD
I’m still not very good with realistic portrait, but I’m getting better! Last year, my portraits were awful.
I still have troubles with a few parts…like noses. Why are they so damn hard to draw?
I don’t usually draw detailed noses, I think it shows. You probably noticed that noses barely exist in my drawing style. Cause they’re evil.

I totally just noticed that my beauty mark is on the wrong cheek…every single time I draw myself I make that mistake. I just never learn XDD
Then again, my reference was my reflection in the mirror…so maybe that’s what made me do that mistake. Or I just can’t tell the difference between right and left most of the time. Yup.

Asuka Model Sheet by *rouge-the-bat-182

I’m working on a new portfolio right now, and I needed to make a model sheet of character. I chose my OC Asuka, because she’s my favorite, and of all my characters, she has the best design (in my opinion)

I made one of Hitomi last year [link]
I did not want to use that one lol. the proportions and anatomy are so UGGHHHH. I got a lot better since then.

I have three more drawings to make for my portfolio, a realistic portrait, perspective drawing, and a story board. The rest is all of my best drawings, which I already printed out. And I just came up with a cool idea for my story board. I just hope I can pull it off.

So this is Asuka, my character that most of you probably don’t know. I don’t really draw my OCs very often because they’re probably not that interesting to my watchers. They don’t really have much of a background story either, I just like designing characters. A few people have actually mistaken her for a ninja before lol. She’s actually a thief..but I guess those two are a little similar. She has two daggers as weapons.

Part of this thing was made with my new tablet Well, the lineart and shading was done with the mouse. But the base colors was done with the tablet. I’m not gonna do linearts with my tablet yet, because I still can’t draw decent straight lines with it. They look kinda wobbly. Well, I’m learning how to use it one little step at a time.
I decided to use some very simple shading so that the base colors are more obvious. This is a character reference sheet after all.
